You have a to-do list a mile long and are lying awake at 3 am spinning your wheels with doubt, regret, worries, fear, love, anger, resentment and grief - and this is the short list. I can't take your place, but I can give you a safe space to gain calm, clarity and a path forward.
This journey weighs on you both practically and emotionally. There are the tasks - doctors appointments, medical bills, insurance claims, medications (the list is endless) - but then there is the emotional part. The ugly thoughts. The things you don't want to say out loud for fear of being judged. This is a no judgement zone.
There is no one way to walk this walk. There are no cookie cutter relationships. This journey is messy - we can clean it up a bit, so that when it's over, you can look back with grace and kindness - for yourself as well as the one you are caring for.
Finding Grace is my signature program offering support for caregivers who feel overwhelmed by everything they’re carrying. It’s a place to talk through what’s happening with no judgement, get clear on what actually matters, and figure out what to do next—without overcomplicating it or feeling like you have to hold it all together. You don’t have to do this perfectly. You just need a place to steady yourself and take the next step. Click here to learn more.
Finding Grace will become an online support group for caregivers like you. I'd like it to be a safe space where we can share our feelings without judgment and also get practical help along the way. Grief is a huge part of caregiving and I will be incorporating grief work in my practice as I work on getting my masters degree in Thanatology.
Together we can make sense of the emotional messiness, address the issues that keep you up at night, come up with a specific game plan, and help you release some anxiety and overwhelm. I promise - you cannot shock me - you and your thoughts are safe here.
I’m Amy.
I didn’t come to this work through training alone—I came to it through experience.
Like many caregivers, I found myself in the middle of situations that felt overwhelming, emotional, and often unclear.
Decisions had to be made, things needed to be handled, and at the same time, there was a constant undercurrent of stress, responsibility, and second-guessing.
What I needed most in those moments wasn’t more information.
It was someone steady.
Someone who could help me think clearly, talk things through, and not feel so alone in it.
That’s what I offer now through my program, Finding Grace.
I bring a combination of practical thinking and emotional understanding to the work I do. I’ll help you sort through what’s happening, figure out what actually matters, and take the next step—without adding more pressure or overwhelm.
This isn’t about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about finding your footing in the middle of something that’s hard.
If you’re in that kind of season, you don’t have to carry it alone.
